Easy Pizza Dough Recipe

This pizza dough recipe is versatile, allowing you to either create a quick pizza dough or one that develops a thinner, crispier base with a longer resting time.


Makes 1 pizza dough

Prep time: 10mins

Resting time: 15 mins – 1 hour

Cooking time: 15 mins

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions


1. Mix 1 cup of flour with all other ingredients.
2. Gradually add the 2nd cup of flour until it forms a ball.
3. Use your hands to form and knead the dough.
4. Let the dough rest 10-15 minutes in a bowl covered with a dish towel to keep it warm.
5. Spread out onto a well-greased pizza pan and top with your favorite toppings.
6. Bake at 220°C for approximately 15 minutes.
